The Beethoven 32 Piano Sonata Cycle performed Dr. Francisco Silva!

This is a unique opportunity for you to witness Dr. Francisco Silva tackle the complete cycle of the 32 Piano Sonatas by Beethoven, a remarkable feat that few pianists dare to undertake. Set in the charming Historic Downtown Brunswick at the Brunswick Actors Theater and Gallery, this concert series promises to be an extraordinary experience. For more details on the concert cycle (October 2024- November 2025), please visit coastalclassical.com. Additionally, you will have the special opportunity to preview the Beethoven Sonatas and more right here at our Studios at Silva Music. Check the calendar for the open house and other performances scheduled throughout the year.

Solo Festival at KSU, October 19

We are excited to announce the Solo Festival, a vibrant student performance event organized by the Cobb County Teachers Association, taking place at Kennesaw State University. This event welcomes students of all levels and encourages performances on a variety of instruments beyond piano solo.

Participants are required to prepare two pieces to perform for a judge. Each performer will receive a certificate of achievement along with valuable feedback from the judges. This festival provides a supportive environment for students to gain experience performing in front of an audience, making it an excellent opportunity for those with future competition goals.

Please note that students and parents must commit to the assigned performance date, as time slots will be allocated in advance. The deadline for entries is September 30th. Your teacher will collect the list of participants and submit the entries on your behalf.

We look forward to celebrating your talents at the Solo Festival!
